Swimmer Spotlight: Missy Franklin
Melissa “Missy” Franklin Johnson made a big splash in the world of sports. At age 17, she won four of her impressive five gold medals, and a bronze, during her Olympic debut at the 2012 London games. Missy also made history by becoming the first American woman to swim in seven events at a single
Games. Standing 6’2” , Missy is a former world record holder in the 4x100m medley relay and the 200m backstroke.
Currently she is a co-host of the @UnfilteredWatersPodcast which can be found on Apple, Spotify, iHeart and YouTube.
