Three tips to improve your freestyle stroke!

Our very own Muneki offers the following three tips to help improve your freestyle stroke:

1. Extending and following through with each hand will create a more hydrodynamic body position that will help with an easier freestyle swim.

2. Moving your chest to breathe and just letting your head move with it will make it easier for you to breathe from a natural head position.

3. When not breathing keep your nose and eyes facing the line at the bottom of the pool. That’s what it’s there for.
