Midtown East Swim Lessons at New York Sports Club

This facility consists of a 47-foot pool with two 8-foot wide lanes (most pool lanes are 6 feet wide). The pool is considered a "recreational pool" and has a kidney shape which also allows lessons to be held off to the side at the far end.

The pool is kept at 89 degrees. The depth of the pool ranges from 3 feet to 5.5 feet. We use platforms in the pool for toddlers to feel comfortable. The Pool is located at NYSC on the lower floor.

Enter into the building and turn to the right. Let the front desk know you are coming in for swim lessons at Penguin City Swim and then walk down the stairs to the pool. Adjacent to the pool, there are men’s and women’s locker rooms that are available to all Penguin City Swim swimmers.

NYSC is accessible by subway, bus, or train.
